I hope this post will help me gatting back my long lost internet connection as the recorded female voice keep on telling as you dial 111. It's been a month now since I raise my complain with OOREDOO CUSTOMER NO CARE and many times I called them they told me SAME SAME SAME excuses that tech support would contact me in 2 days time. Complain ticket no 1-59423747 dated June 26, 2015. As I type this post I called again 111 and after 30minutes finally a guy name ahmed answer my call and telling SAME OLD drama. I just hope and pray they will not charge me for that.
Yes same problem today..... connection and no customer service....For ever hold on...how does ooreedoo expect me to listen to the message repetitively for very long periods 30 minutes+++ unhappy client.
